Notts drew 8-8 with Leicestershire in the Minor
Counties Championship at Syston on Saturday. The match was notable
for the number of draws (10) with three decisive games for each team.
Unfortunately Geoff Gibson was one of the three losers for Nottinghamshire. The
other Ashfield player in the Notts team was Derek Jarvis and his game was
