The visitors had a strong top board pair, but their win was very much a team victory with every team member contributing. They would have been particularly pleased by the performance of their reserves on Boards 4 and 5, and Granville Wollerton scored a very good victory on Board 3. Peter Cusick gradually wore down Nigel. Gradings show  a very good draw for Steve on top board, although Steve himself does not buy in to the notion of "good draws.".
